Since 2009, MissionSquare Research Institute has partnered with PSHRA and the National Association of State Personnel Executives to survey members on recruitment, retention, workforce policies, and benefits. The latest data includes findings on the continuing post-pandemic recovery and successful recruitment strategies, along with trends in artificial intelligence, flexible work arrangements, succession planning, exit interview responses, degree alternatives, hiring incentives, and DEI. In addition to sharing the results, this session will include a discussion with attendees around employee motivations and emerging workforce issues.
